Check your List of Covered Drugs (Formulary)

Your List of Covered Drugs, also known as a Formulary, is a list of the prescription drugs covered under your plan, as well as their cost tier. At MyTruAdvantage, we make it easy to check if your medication is covered by using our online Formulary search tool. Simply type in the name of your drug to make sure it is covered under your plan. You can also download a printable version of your Formulary.

• *TIP! To determine the cost of a medication, find the tier for your medication in the formulary and check the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for your plan to find the cost of that tier.

Preferred Pharmacies
Your plan gives you access to a large network of pharmacies, including preferred pharmacies that offer additional cost savings. With your MyTruAdvantage plan, you can receive preferred pharmacy pricing at select pharmacies, as well as national chains.* Use our online Pharmacy search tool or download a printable version of your Pharmacy Directory to find a pharmacy near you.

90-Day Supply
Save time by refilling the prescriptions your take regularly once every 3 months. You can even save money by paying a $0 copay when having your 90-day supply of tier 1 and tier 2 drugs delivered to your home. Home Delivery
Your plan offers convenient home delivery for medications you take regularly. You can save money, too, with a $0 copay for a 90-day supply of tier 1 and tier 2 drugs. To schedule home delivery, call our Pharmacy team at (877) 403-6035 (TTY: 711) or call Member Services.
