What’s included in your Medicare plan? 3 ways to check.

As you start using your MyTruAdvantage plan, you may want to look up information about your coverage, including information about copays, prescription coverage, extras included in your plan, and more.

At MyTruAdvantage, we want to make sure you have the details you need about your plan wherever you are, and whenever you need it. Here are three ways to check what’s included in your plan.

1. Check your Evidence of Coverage (EOC)
Your Evidence of Coverage is a list of the benefits included in your plan and your plan costs. You can find your EOC here on our website. From this page you can select the EOC for your plan, whether you have :

  • MyTruAdvantage Select (HMO)
  • MyTruAdvantage Select Plus (HMO)
  • MyTruAdvantage Choice Plus (PPO)
  • MyTruAdvantage Red, White and Tru (PPO) MA-only

2. Check your List of Covered Drugs (Formulary)
Your List of Covered Drugs, also known as a Formulary, is a list of the generic and brand-name prescription drugs covered under your plan, as well as their cost tier. At MyTruAdvantage, we make it easy to check if your medication is covered by using our online Formulary search tool. Simply type in the name of your drug to make sure it is covered under your plan. You can also download a printable version of your Formulary.

*TIP! To determine the cost of a medication, find the tier for your medication in the formulary and check the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for your plan to find the cost of that tier.
