Benefits include:- No-cost fitness center membership at a participating location
- 2 Home Fitness Kits (choose from 34 options like Aqua, Tai Chi, Chair-based exercise and more)

Over-the-Counter Allowance
Prescription for success
MyTruAdvantage plans deliver valuable savings on prescription medications as well as over-the-counter vitamins, pain relievers and health measurement devices.
With $0 deductibles for prescriptions and $0 copay for generic drugs, MyTruAdvantage is a valuable partner in helping you manage the rising costs of prescription drug coverage.
Members also receive $45 each quarter to spend on over-the-counter products through the CVS Caremark catalog, choosing from among hundreds of vitamins, pain relievers and health measurement devices.
Dental
Smile, you’re covered
When you choose MyTruAdvantage, you’ll have access to Delta Dental ®, the largest network of dental providers in Indiana. With eight out of ten Indiana dentists participating, you’ll have convenient choices for dental care throughout the state.
Both plans provide the following each year, at no additional cost:- Two exams
- Two cleanings
- One set of bitewing x-rays
On top of that, MyTruAdvantage Select (HMO) also provides 50% coverage for fillings, crown repairs, brush biopsy, relines and repairs to bridges and dentures.
MyTruAdvantage Choice (PPO) offers optional enhanced dental coverage starting at $24.90 per month.

Vision
Looking good
With MyTruAdvantage, in-network eye exams are included at no extra cost, along with a $150 credit toward the cost of frames, lenses and lens options.
Powered by EyeMed ®, you’ll have access to Indiana’s largest selection of vision care providers, along with the convenience that comes when partnering with the nation’s largest vision network.

Hearing
Hearing the difference
All MyTruAdvantage plans provide you with enhanced hearing coverage, including an annual $0 routine hearing exam when you visit an in-network provider. You’ll also receive generous discounts ($699 or $999, depending on the type) on a variety of top-rated hearing aids, all serviced by TruHearing™, a leading nationwide provider of hearing care.
With standard, advanced and premium model options to choose from, all hearing aid purchases include access to a professional hearing consultant throughout your treatment, with follow-up visits for fitting and adjustments that ensure everything feels and sounds just right.

Worldwide Emergency and Urgently Needed Care Coverage
Now more than ever, emergency health coverage is critical, and MyTruAdvantage travelers can rest assured that they will be covered anywhere in the world. In any state in the country, whether in- or out-of-network, emergency room visits are covered with a $90 copay, and urgent care visits are covered with a $50 copay.
Traveling outside of the United States? You’re covered with a $90 copay per visit for emergency and urgently needed services.
Diabetes Supplies & Services
We want you to stay healthy, and so provide enhanced coverage for diabetes supplies and services, including:- Diabetes Supplies

At MyTruAdvantage, we know that medical equipment and supplies costs can add up and are hard to plan for. So, we offer coverage for the following:- Durable Medical Equipment (Wheelchairs, oxygen, etc.)
- Medical Supplies
- Prosthetics (braces, artificial limb, etc.)
